The goal of this thesis was to make website with WordPress. The employer of this thesis was Verkkoasema Ltd. and the website was made for private customer. The website was made for customer’s new project so there were no previous websites. The goal was to make website that will present information about the project and work as a sales platform for the project. Advertising agency Kluu made the design for the website.

The thesis will focus on website implementation and applications provided by Google which are in use on the site. The theoretical part will tell what WordPress is and what it has to offer. The prac-tical part of the report will focus on installing and programming of the website. It will also tell how to install Google applications and what can be achieved with them.

As a result of this thesis the customer got website according to plan. Website was made suc-cessfully and the customer can easily collect data for his sales. With a help of the used Google applications, it is possible to collect important data out of the site users and their actions.
