Subject of this thesis is comparing light weight wall elements using value analysis. There are four element types in this comprasion, two steel - wool -steel elements and two steel - urethane - steel elements. Target of this thesis is to tell about different kind of light weight sandwich elements and compare those general characteristics without looking in to small details and values. Result of this comprasion can be told that if building is no need of fire classification then can be used low cost and weight urethane elements and if need fire classification only wool insulated elements can be used.
