Expenses effectives and easy way are very matter these days in business. Different kind of saving ways, are very important thing like electric financial managements.

The theoretical framework dealt with the electronic invoice and electronic financial management's strengths and weakness. These study was implemented by using case research.

These study are analyzes two different electronic financial programs with accounting office and entrepreneur aspects. The student choose Procountor and Netwisor programs in this thesis and these programs are compare the empirical part analyzes.

The theoretical parts in this study are used electronical financial managements by books, news, accounting, internet pages and accounting books.

According the research results user experience are fine both of programs. Both programs can use electrical invoice, electric signatures and receipts scanning. According the research results the study chose Netvisor program to the new accounting office.
