Purpose of the thesis was to create a marketing plan for a target company. Marketing plan offers solutions for the target company to reach their goals. Thesis includes theoretical part and functional part.

Theoretical part consists of marketing theory and different starting point analyzes. Theoretical background of the thesis is based on marketing related books and electronic sources. YouTube videos and internet articles were also used.

Functional part of thesis created a final product, marketing plan. Client company can use this marketing plan in their business. Marketing plan includes business analysis, which covers clients present situation. People, marketing, and industry for example. SWOT- analysis were also made for client. Customer analysis creates a typical customer profile for client. Macro-environmental factors and changes were analyzed with PESTEL- analysis. Marketing strategy segment consists of company’s target group, goals, and other strategic decisions in marketing. Information from interviews helped to create marketing plan.

In conclusion part, we discovered that the company have great chance to reach their goals with help of the marketing plan. Marketing plan is realistic and realizable. Client has never done marketing in this scale.
