This Bachelor’s thesis was made for Anvia Securi Ltd, which is part of Anvia corporation. The object was to research a joint operational model for executing secure and cost efficient network connections of various service contracts. Another assignment was to find a practical way of execution to a service portal, which works as an interface for maintaining customer systems.

The researched resolution models were chosen in cooperation with Anvia’s and Anvia Securi’s systems specialists. Some of the resolution models were tested in the customer environment but some of them would have required large investments so they were not available only for testing purposes. Information about resolution models were researched not only in books and magazines but in hardware and software developers’ webpages too.

As a result there is a good general view of implementing secure networks in various ways and it is easy to choose the right model for each situation. There is only one result for the implementation of a service portal because no other model meets the needs of Anvia Securi Ltd.
