The purpose of this thesis was to promote sales and increase awareness of the Raahe-based graphic arts company Aava in companies operating in Raahe and Oulu regions. The aim was to create new business customers and to find the most suitable marketing tools to target companies.

As source material, literature on sales promotion, brand building and marketing research was used in this thesis. The results of this research were collected by a web survey, which tried to arouse interest of target companies in Aava´s supply. The survey was sent to 439 randomly selected companies in Raahe and Oulu. The survey returned 55 replies from those companies.

Target companies perceived brochure, Aava´s participating in events and e-mail the most suitable marketing tools. As a result, Aava started to implement the marketing campaign in the companies that were interested in its products and services.
