This thesis is Marketing research to Raahe`s Kuntoklubi LP. Raahes Kuntoklubi LP, established in 1994, is gym-, gymnastic exercises- and wellnes service providing enterprise. Raahe`s Kunto-klubi is located in Raahe and it is established by Jouni Sipola. Main idea of thesis is to survey Raahe`s market situation, analyse the situation of Raahe`s Kuntoklubi, and bring out Kuntoklubi`s possibilities and strengths. Part of the thesis is customer satisfaction inquiry, which i made to Kuntoklubi`s customers.

Thesis is a functional thesis. Theory part includes theories of marketing, researching process, explaining different research maneuver, different aspects of customer satisfaction and meaning of customers satisfaction to companys competitiveness. I also tell about different kind of data col-lection methods. Empirical part includes results of customer satisfaction-inquiry, the conclusions that i made about results and my consideration about customer satisfaction as a competitive weapon.

I performed customer satisfaction-inquiry in Raahe`s Kuntoklubi in October 2014. 78 customer took part for inquiry. Results showed, that customers of Raahe`s Kuntoklubi were mostly satisfied to Raahe`s Kuntoklubi services. There were couple dissatisfaction which i analysed and gave action recommendation.
